Delivery
We offer delivery to all our customers’ premises in Mainland UK via our own fleet of vehicles. We also allow customers to collect their orders directly from our factory. Deliveries All prices include tailboard delivery to warehouse addresses within a 175 mile radius, for orders over £3,500 ex VAT. A surcharge of £195 ex VAT will apply to orders under £3,500 ex VAT. Tailboard deliveries can be arranged to the premises of end users at an additional cost. Please contact one of our team or email sales@foxwoodfurntureco.uk for a quotation. For all deliveries, assistance must be provided to unload large or heavy items. One hour unloading time is allocated per delivery.
Care & Maintenance
To keep your upholstery looking as good as new, it does require some TLC at least once a week. We have created a Care and Maintenance Guide for you to share with your customers for them to follow. Please be aware that failure to adhere to our guidance may invalidate the warranty. Our Care and Maintenance Guide is available upon request.
Warranty
All our upholstery includes a 5-year frame guarantee. Please note that the following are excluded from the warranty; . General wear & tear . Fabric . Foam The warranty document is available upon request
Assembly
​To avoid unwanted bumps and scratches, all of the Flexi range is delivered with travel legs. When in situ, the legs must be fitted in accordance with our assembly guide, which is available upon request.
