Do you deliver?We can arrange delivery across the UK mainland and Ireland through our trusted logistics partners, or you're welcome to collect your order. Deliveries are typically to warehouses or storage facilities, but direct site delivery may be possible for trade partners. Please note these are tailboard deliveries, so you’ll need to handle unloading. If you have special requests—like disassembled furniture or delivery without legs—email us, and we’ll check availability.

Do you make bespoke products?We love working with our trade partners on bespoke products—whether it’s a minor tweak, a completely exclusive item, or a custom range for a project. Typically, a minimum order of around 25 pieces helps cover development costs, but we're happy to review each project individually. Feel free to share your ideas—we're always open to exploring options with you.

Do you make for domestic customers?We collaborate with leading UK brands to offer exclusive furniture models and a tailored service. We'd welcome the opportunity to discuss a potential partnership focused on unique designs and retail-specific details. Get in touch to arrange an initial conversation.

Can we supply the fabric?We typically work on a COM (Customer’s Own Material) basis. Just let us know the model(s) you're specifying, and we’ll share the fabric consumption details. Using multiple fabrics on a model is possible—please check with us first, as it may incur a small 2.5% uplift. If you'd like us to supply the fabric instead, just share your preferences. For COM orders, please send your fabric to our main address and include your PO number and our order number (if available) to help us track it efficiently.

Do you install?We do not offer this service.

Can you match our stain colours?If our standard leg and stain options don’t meet your needs, we’re happy to explore custom stain choices with you. Please note: Most standard legs are only available in the listed colours. A minimum order quantity is usually required. Custom stains incur a 2.5% additional cost.

Are your products FSC-certified?We are committed to sustainability and proudly use FSC-certified timber in all our furniture. As an FSC-accredited company, we support responsible forestry and a greener future.

Do your products meet contract FR standards?All our contract trade furniture is specifically designed for its intended environments, using CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilience) foam and fillings. Additionally, all upholstery complies with BS5852:2006 Part 2 Ignition Source 5 fire safety standards.
